Hi there – I’m Justin!
I’ve always been really passionate about 3D modeling and 3D rendering – I started off by creating a YouTube channel with SketchUp 3D Modeling Tutorials – (The SketchUp Essentials), and a website about 3D rendering (The Rendering Essentials).
I started The CG Essentials because I love the power and flexibility of Blender – you can use it to create just about anything! It’s great for modeling, animation, particle simulation, rendering, and so much more! My goal is to create the best, easiest to follow Blender tutorials on the internet!
Personal Life
I was born and raised in Colorado, and now live just north of Colorado Springs with my wife, 3 dogs, and ever increasing herd of horses.
When I’m not creating 3D Modeling tutorials, I spend my time trail running with my border collie best buddy Bonnie, fishing, exercising, and trying to do whatever I can to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Colorado.
