There are a few different ways to do this, but in this situation, we’re going to use the add-on Archipack.

You can add a floor slab from walls by selecting your walls and clicking on the “slab” option. This creates a slab item that you can adjust inside your model. Note that it’s being created with a solidify modifier.

You can adjust the thickness by selecting it, tapping “n,” and going into the Archipack tab Flooring can also be created in a couple different ways –

There’s an option to create a floor object based on your walls. In this situation, I can select my perimeter wall and click on the button for “floor” Note that you can change floor types here. You can also create custom floors for each room by adding a floor object, then adjusting the number of parts and dragging the vertices. I recommend enabling vertex snapping when doing this.
